Racing With Passion

Alana has raced with passion since she was a child, spending every weekend at the oval track. As a teenager, she had the chance to buckle into a 620hp Northern Thunder Dirt Late Model and went on to gather many top 5 finishes, becoming the first woman and youngest ever to take the title as Western Cup Memorial Champion in 2019.

Making A Career

Alana’s big leap to make a career for herself in motorsports came in 2022, when she decided to move across Canada to transition to road racing. As of now, Alana is the main driver for the Scalar Performance SCR1 and the newest addition to the Formula Woman team. Her amazing journey and determination to follow her dreams is an inspiring example that anything is possible if you dare to dream.

Formula Woman

Formula Woman, a beloved UK-based organization, empowers women in motorsports, challenging a historically male-dominated sport. In autumn 2022, hundreds of talented applicants competed at Calabogie Motorsports Park in Ontario.

Alana emerged as the fastest among 50 contestants and advanced to the thrilling finals at Bedford Autodrome in England. Outshining her counterparts, Alana secured her spot among the final 10 contenders.

Alongside her new teammate, Eliza Seville, Alana will compete in select races of the 2023 British GT Cup season in a GT4 car. Prepare to witness their remarkable journey.

Scalar Performance

Introducing the groundbreaking Scalar Performance SCR1, the very first fully-electric touring car designed for club level racing. With a purpose-built powertrain engineered to endure the demanding nature of racing, it has earned approval from the National Autosport Association (NASA) for competing in touring car road races.

Alana has eagerly embraced the opportunity to lead as the primary driver for the prestigious Scalar Performance SCR1 in the upcoming 2023 season. Collaborating closely with the brilliant minds at Scalar Performance, she will play a crucial role in the development of the SCR1 through rigorous testing, exhilarating time-attack events, and fierce wheel-to-wheel racing. This will mark the first time in history that a fully-electric racecar takes on a field of internal combustion cars, and Alana is filled with anticipation to conquer this challenge.
