The first race with our new Toyota Supra GT4, affectionately named Stella, was nothing short of thrilling. For Alana, this marked her debut in the World Racing League (WRL) Championship, bringing with it a host of new challenges. Between learning the ins and outs of the WRL’s rules and getting accustomed to the variety of cars on the track, it was a weekend packed with both excitement and learning.
One of the most unique aspects of WRL racing is that the series runs five different classes simultaneously. From nimble Miatas to high-speed prototypes, it’s a mix of everything. Navigating this diverse field of cars added an extra layer of complexity to the race, but it’s one that Alana, in true Carter fashion, stepped up to with determination.
Despite the wide variety of cars and the new racing environment, Alana was quick to adapt. She spent the weekend getting familiar with Stella and the track, steadily increasing her pace and confidence with each session. It’s clear that this car has potential—and Alana’s ability to learn and improve on the fly is setting the tone for a promising season.
The weekend was all about learning and building momentum, but there’s no doubt that AE Victory Racing is showing strong promise for what’s to come. With each race, we’ll continue to refine our skills and work together to get the most out of the car and the team dynamic.
Overall, this debut race was an important step forward for both Alana and AE Victory Racing, and we're looking forward to an exciting season ahead as we continue to develop and improve with Stella on track.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our journey through the 2025 WRL Championship!
